Register to play in the 2017 Basketball League by filling out this form. Games will be held on September 24, October 1, 8, & 15, 2017. There is a $15 registration fee for each individual participating. This fee can be paid now while registering or at the Family Life Center before you play your first game. Registration deadline is Monday September 18. Each team must have a Team Captain that is a Dream Team member.
